Quality assurance and commitment for our forged steel products

For open die forgings, seamless rolled and forged rings and flanges used in high pressure applications, no compromise about material and specifications can be accepted.

Our co-operation partners are ISO9001 certified by the known inspection authorities (TUEV, Lloyds, BV), can comply to PED 97/23/EC und have a proven track record for forged items.

Our quality commitment includes the following:

• full compliance to your specifications
• keeping of agreed delivery time
• raw material from reliable manufactures (we only use material from Korean, Japanese and European mills), raw material cert. is part of documentation
• testing facilities inhouse with full facilities for destructive and non-destructive testing.
• long experience in machining
• material always certified according EN 10204 / 3.1
• open and transparent communication with customer during production process
• proper packing in sturdy wooden boxes, material sealed in plastic foil, to avoid any damage during transport.

We do not think that there is something like "economical packing". For sea freight, pre-and finished machined pieces have ALWAYS to be packed in wooden boxes.
